I created a one year and cake smash set based on the theme for baby’s one year birthday party: Baby’s First Fiesta. The cake is a mini 2-tier, and is a small version of the cake for his actual birthday party.
My intention was to have a session outside at Corriganville Park in Simi Valley because it has a nice desert look to it, but in the end, it was much more comfortable to do the cake smash in-home. Baby was so comfortable that he was singing during his session.
