When Michael and Natalie got married, they had an intimate ceremony at City Hall in San Francisco, followed by a small lunch reception.
Parents of the groom threw the newlyweds a BBQ at their home in San Jose, CA the following weekend to celebrate their marriage with their extended family and welcome Natalie into the family.
That day there were a lot of giggles, whispers, hand holding and kisses exchanged between the two. It was sweet. Traditionally in a Vietnamese wedding, guests take pictures with the bride and groom. So I was happy to do that for them. One by one, families arrived to the BBQ and I took their photograph with the bride and groom and the wedding cake (which tasted AMAZING by the way).
Michael & Natalie,
Thank you for letting me photograph this moment in your life. I hope that you always look at each other the way you do now. I hope you will continue to make each other giggle. I can’t wait to see your family grow. – Rosalind Prieto, always your photographer
